Dom and Andrew had their priorities in the right place for their day at Howard Vineyard – they made their day about how they wanted to spend their time. Mostly revolving around fishing, family and drinking FUIC.
The boys weren’t too fussed about typical photos of them getting dressed, but when I heard they were starting the day by going for a spot of sunrise fishing down past Second Valley, I was super keen to join them. I don’t love fishing, but I do love photos of guys doing what they want to do in the morning, irrespective of the photos.
Knowing that her man loves Farmers Union Iced Coffee, Dominique brought some in the morning so she and the girls could pose with it as a surprise for Andrew. The photos worked a treat.
Andrew and the boys got ready at his rural property – Dom was super keen for a few pics of Andrew and his favourite cow ‘thyme.’ She was a sweetie.
I always love shooting Howard Vineyard weddings, there’s so much variety for photos – some great little old stone buildings and old corrugated sheds too, but for this one we spent our time out the other side – near the creek with the massive gum trees, the swing (which was a favourite of theirs) and the vines of course as well. We jumped in my car to head up to the top of the property for some gorgeous twilight photos as well.
Thank you so much for the commitment and enthusiasm you brought to Friday. It was wonderful to work with you. You helped make the day very easy for us. Our families and our guests were also so impressed with the way you go about your work also.
